Strategic Leader for Digital Learning Transformation

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Leader to spearhead our digital learning transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cutting-edge digital learning technologies and developing innovative programs that align with our business goals.

  • Develop a comprehensive digital learning strategy that incorporates best practices, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Champion the adoption of digital learning platforms, including LMS, learning experience platforms, and AI-driven learning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the workforce.
  • Design and implement digital learning content and programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Management/Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a BPO company and at least 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
