Senior Cybersecurity Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Cybersecurity Leader to spearhead our Cybersecurity team, driving strategic growth, security innovation, and exceptional outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity Visionary Leadership
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring proactive defense against evolving threats.
  • Lead the development and implementation of secure software development life cycles (SDLC), threat modeling, application security reviews, and web application firewall (WAF) best practices.
  • Drive DevSecOps practices, including automation of compliance checks, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure provisioning.
Team Leadership & Growth
  • Establish and lead the Cybersecurity team, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and skill development thrive.
  • Act as the champion for cybersecurity, accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Build a strong pipeline of security talent through mentorship and talent development initiatives.
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging risks and regulations.
  • Partner with senior leaders to balance business needs with security risk tolerance, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuously improve security policies, procedures, and audit readiness to mitigate risk and ensure optimal security posture.
Security Operations & Incident Response
  • Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats and incidents.
  • Develop and optimize incident response playbooks to enhance containment, recovery, and resilience.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and security automation to reduce exposure to malicious events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity best practices across development and infrastructure teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engineers and stakeholders on cybersecurity trends, secure coding, and compliance.
  • Lead documentation, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong cybersecurity culture.
