The Role

We are seeking a creative Content Creator who can own the entire creative process. You will be responsible for conceptualizing fresh ideas and turning them into engaging content for social media channels. This is a hands-on role for a 'doer' who loves to create.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize original content ideas that align with political and social messaging.
  • Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva and mobile-first video editing apps to create and edit content efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, meme formats, and viral content to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.
  • Adapt and resize content for different social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with overall narrative and campaign objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work demonstrating skills in creating engaging graphics and/or short-form videos for social media.
  • Mastery of Canva or similar tools.
  • Experience with mobile video editing apps for creating sharp, fast-paced Reels and Shorts.
  • An intuitive understanding of what type of content works on different social media platforms.
  • Speed and agility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A keen interest in and good understanding of Indian politics and current affairs.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Previous experience creating content in a media, PR/communications agency, public affairs, or political/advocacy setting.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating catchy captions.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
