Job Title: IT Sales Executive
">We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in IT Services or IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Drive new business acquisition in IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients through effective prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by understanding client requirements and positioning company's IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure to achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service execution and long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects with proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
- A strong network of decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in the IT industry with experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- An MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory, and experience selling in GCC is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models is also beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Experience selling in GCC is highly desirable.
