Job Summary

As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead our finance team in providing exceptional back-office finance support services to various business entities across Asia, Europe, and America. Your expertise will span across accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, financial planning and analysis, and expense management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key performance indicators, ensuring high service quality, and adhering to delivery timelines and service level agreements. Additionally, you will develop and implement a sustainable finance shared services model, optimize resource utilization, and enhance productivity. Your experience in handling secretarial compliance, tax, and related regulations will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team in providing back-office finance support services to various business entities
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators
  • Ensure high service quality and adhere to delivery timelines and service level agreements
  • Develop and implement a sustainable finance shared services model
  • Optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity
  • Handle secretarial compliance, tax, and related regulations

Requirements
  • Qualified CA and CS with experience in managing sizable finance teams
  • Thorough understanding of finance functions like accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, financial planning and analysis, and expense management
  • Good understanding of process optimization, resource optimization, and process documentation
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Ability to converse with multiple entities across various geographies
  • Ability to develop KPIs, SLAs, and ensure the team adheres to them
  • Excellent communication, people management, and client servicing skills
  • Good experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience of managing core finance operations for entire legal entities
  • Good understanding of tax and related compliance
  • Experience in handling audit
  • 10 to 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 to 6 years of post-CA qualification with secretarial and statutory compliance experience
