Key Account Manager - NRI Business

The primary focus of this role is to expand the customer base for our bank's Non-Resident Indian (NRI) services.

  • Job Description: We seek an experienced professional who can work closely with existing customers, share market insights, and increase liabilities through account balances.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new sales leads by referring to existing clients, stock brokers, shipping companies, and other relevant parties.
  2. Maintain regular communication with existing customers via mailers and phone calls to share insights on interest rates, exchange rates, and product offerings.
  3. Enhance customer profitability by capturing a larger share of their wallets.
  4. Review inflows and outflows in mapped NRI accounts and track visits to India.
  5. Cross-sell investment products like life insurance, general insurance, and non-investment products such as forex, remittances, loans, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced candidates from acquisition backgrounds are preferred.
  • Quality NR account acquisition is essential.
  • A healthy book value in accounts and cross-selling banking products are expected.
