Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site leadership role for a Freight Export Product Head, located in Mumbai. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, driving pricing strategies, managing carrier and vendor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across our freight export services.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience, maintaining compliance, and steering the growth of our global logistics business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and execute product roadmaps that address market opportunities and evolving customer needs
  • Develop innovative export freight services to stay ahead in a competitive landscape
  • Design and implement competitive pricing structures while optimizing carrier and operational costs to ensure sustainable and profitable growth
  • Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers to enhance service quality and reliability
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in product strategy and product management, preferably within the logistics or freight export domain
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage carrier and vendor relationships effectively
  • Sound knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance requirements
