Job Title: Business Growth Manager

In our pursuit of excellence, we are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing business while developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand existing business through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients.
  • Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) relationships to drive business growth.
  • Ensure timely filling of vacancies by shortlisting and selecting the right candidates.
  • Manage vacant territories effectively to maximize sales potential.
  • Monitor inventory levels, analyze high-inventory products, and develop liquidation plans with specific assignments to the team.
  • Analyze each territory's customer coverage, growth in secondary markets, campaign implementation, product mix, key brand performance, inventory at stockists, and near-expiry stocks.
