About Us

Xplor Technologies is a leading provider of SaaS solutions and embedded payments for businesses in fast-growing 'everyday life' verticals.

We're looking for a skilled L3 Support Engineer – .Net to join our Health & Fitness team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Role

This is a critical role that requires the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production and provide timely support to resolve these issues. As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will work closely with developers, quality assurance teams, and product management to address complex issues and drive product improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Bug Identification and Reporting: You will attend to production issues and bugs on a priority basis, collaborating with developers to gain insights into problem scenarios and assist in fixing bugs.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: You will develop expertise in the product or system you will be assigned to support.
  • Escalation Point: You will work closely with L1 and L2 teams, providing guidance and assistance in issue resolution and serving as an escalation point for complex technical problems during your shift hours.
  • Emergency Response: You will participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents and emergencies.
  • Customer Communication: You will interact directly with stakeholders, customers, or clients to understand their technical issues, provide updates on resolution progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with various teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to address complex issues and drive product improvements.
  • Performance Optimisation: You will actively look for system performance issues by identifying bottlenecks during log monitoring and working with Dev team as required on tuning configurations and implementing performance-enhancing measures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.JS
  • Experience using C# & MVC patterns: 2+ years
  • SQL Server Experience: 2+ years
  • Secure, RESTful APIs Development Experience: 2+ years
  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related discipline
  • Agile Software Development Life-Cycles Knowledge: Working knowledge of agile software development life-cycles
