As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across the globe for issue resolutions. You will analyze and debug technical issues based on Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, and communicate effectively with customers via the ticketing system.

Your primary roles and responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customer issues on Oracle Custom modules
  • Analyzing and debugging technical issues based on Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL
  • Communicating effectively with customers via the ticketing system

You will have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision and identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues to leadership as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support
  • Good understanding of support methodology including ITIL
  • Familiarity with rotational shifts (General and afternoon 3:00 PM) and 24x7 coverage during Quarter end
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills

A good understanding of Zuora Billing and Revenue modules, Oracle Forms, Reports, and SQL/PLSQL, and RICE components is also desirable.
