Global HR Operations Lead
About the Role:This position oversees various aspects of HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage a team of HR Operations Associates, guiding them in their tasks and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Case Management: Act as a case manager, assigning cases to team members and overseeing queues to guarantee timely and accurate resolution of inquiries within defined SLAs and quality standards.
- Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive HR queries, coordinating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams for appropriate resolution.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with regional HR teams and COEs to continuously improve processes and employee experience, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Workload Management: Monitor workload distribution and optimize resource allocation across shifts and regions, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
- Operational Efficiency: Review and analyze team operational efficiency and productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Training and Development: Support training, knowledge sharing, and upskilling of team members on HR policies, tools, and systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement projects, focusing on process standardization, efficiency, and scalability, and work with Excel to identify trends and implement improvements to service delivery.
- SOPs and Compliance: Guide the team in maintaining high-quality operational statistics and keep SOPs and relevant content updated, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for employees and managers across all regions, addressing a wide range of HR-related queries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Use case management tools to provide support, research, and problem resolution, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Reporting and Support: Provide reporting support and deliver operational support for region-specific or locally required HR activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR requests.
- Compliance and Updates:
- Stay updated on global and regional HR compliance requirements, supporting global HR initiatives and process improvement projects focused on scalability and user experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team towards achieving shared goals.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to review and analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
