Administrative Services Team Lead

As a key member of the Boston Consulting Group team, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of administrators in providing high-level support to stakeholders across the globe. This role requires a proactive and flexible individual who can effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of administrators in providing administrative support to stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Collaborate with global management and local managers to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage performance, stakeholder relationships, and escalation management
- Ensure impeccable English language skills and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Successful supervisory experience of more than 5 years in a highly matrixed MNC environment
- Experience in managing administration/service-oriented teams
- Expertise in performance management, stakeholder management, and escalation management
- EA experience or intimate knowledge of the EA/AA role
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role requires a flexible individual who can work with limited direction and supervision at times. You will be part of a global management structure and will work closely with local managers to ensure delivery of a world-class service-oriented admin support model to demanding stakeholders across the globe.
