Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Headsup Corporation. The ideal candidate will oversee all administrative and general services tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and supporting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all administrative and general services tasks
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related services
• Manage security systems and ensure the safety of employees and assets
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and services
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences
• Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
• Manage calendars, schedules meetings, and handle correspondence
• Manage the distribution and maintenance of company-provided SIM cards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration or general services role
• Experience in facility management and event coordination
• Knowledge of procurement through SAP and vendor management processes
• Ability to adapt to different environments and changing priorities
