Culinary Team Leader Job Summary
- Lead the culinary team to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, ensuring compliance with set standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to drive kitchen operations, develop menus, and control labor costs.
- Develop and implement HACCP procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure regular training for the team.
- Maintain open communication with hotel management, reporting any matters affecting hotel interests.
- Plan and coordinate team activities to optimize operational effectiveness, minimize food wastage, and ensure par stock levels.
- Supervise team members, promoting the proper use of equipment, efficient task completion, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor team grooming and personal hygiene, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Train team members on safety procedures, food costs, and cost-effective recipes, promoting resource optimization and efficient operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Food Production, or equivalent qualification.
Work Arrangement:
On-site work, no remote options.
