## Key Responsibilities

### Food and Beverage Production Planning

* Develop and implement efficient food production plans to meet kitchen demands.
* Collaborate with chefs to ensure menu offerings are aligned with kitchen capacity.

### People Management

* Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.

### Financial Management

* Analyze food costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Develop and implement strategies to minimize food waste and optimize inventory management.

### Operational Management

* Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

### Qualifications

* Minimum primary school education.
* Additional certification(s) from a reputable culinary school preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
* Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
* Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages an advantage.
