Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the denial management process to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and resolution of AR issues.
  • Manage cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities to ensure timely payment from providers.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
  • Team management and leadership skills are essential
  • US Healthcare experience is required (keywords: Provider, AR Collections, Denial Management, Healthcare RCM, Cash Application, Credit)
  • US shifts with 5 days working
