Job Title

The Team Lead Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team to achieve desired results. This includes ensuring team member productivity, training, and managerial tasks are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.

  • Manage daily workflow to maximize capacity.
  • Maintain schedule adherence for self and team.
  • Overcome operational challenges, empathize with team concerns, and escalate timely issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Perform quality checks, conduct meetings, and review reports.

  • Review QC feedback and improve quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in managing teams at an enterprise level.

The job involves working night shifts (with additional allowances) and may require flexibility during peak periods.
