The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing operational support to the channel teams and external partners by responding to inbound requests and inquiries.
  • Leading and supporting the defining, implementation, and enablement of business process improvements.
  • Initiating and establishing strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing high volume cases using an email based ticketing system or similar.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for all levels in the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
