Operational Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the execution of EdTech programs from onboarding to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing students, mentors, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
- Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
- Serve as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team.
- Monitor student engagement, progress, and intervene when necessary.
- Support mentors in delivering smooth, high-quality sessions.
- Develop and improve post-sales processes for a seamless student journey.
- Track key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
- Analyze data to identify gaps and implement improvements every cycle.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall experience.
- Proactively address issues (dropouts, delays) and resolve them promptly.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
- Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
