Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic advice to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial plans
  • Lead process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, including financial goal setting, risk management, and compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles
  • Should be (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
