We're seeking a skilled professional to manage our financial operations, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing and monitoring management information systems (MIS), and assisting in creating financial models to assess business performance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing cash flow, overseeing budget preparation and performance tracking, and recommending measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.

Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the finance manager on key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts, and work cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

">Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Excel-based modeling
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
