We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to lead and coordinate financial operations across our branches from our headquarters in Nagpur. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong business acumen and excellent leadership skills.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our branches, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining financial consistency. They will also be responsible for utilizing and optimizing our self-developed ERP software for real-time tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in trading or logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee financial operations across all branches, ensuring timely reporting and financial consistency.
  • Utilize and optimize our self-developed ERP software for real-time tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and branch-level financial health.
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards across all branches.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align financial operations with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in trading or logistics sectors
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (experience with custom-built platforms is a plus)
  • Experience managing multi-location operations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
