Financial Leadership Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing financial control and reporting, as well as leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities. They will be proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Lead the FP&A team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
