Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

The role involves working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Business Units Heads to develop financial plans, budgets, and reports. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing monthly performance of each business unit compared to budget and previous year, and agreeing on corrective actions with CFOs and BU heads.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of management experience in a financial reporting role, with strong finance and accounting knowledge, high level of integrity, and initiative and drive with critical thinking skills.

The position requires the ability to manage consolidation of results of holding company, accounting matters relating to holding company, and relationship with Statutory auditors. Additionally, the incumbent will establish processes for quarterly balance sheet review at units and oversee deviations and non-compliances.

Key responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, regulatory compliance, costing, revenue accounting, and consolidation of accounts and expense accounting.

The successful candidate will have a Qualification as Chartered Accountant and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
