Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Role

Our ideal candidate will be a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the technology sector or startups. They will be responsible for creating annual budgets, building financial models, and monitoring targets against plan versus actual performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial dashboards for leadership, investors, and management
  • Conducting deep revenue analytics and insights
  • Carrying out periodic data reconciliation and following up with insurers and sales teams
  • Performing analysis of cost KPIs and identifying leakages
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and supporting metrics reporting

Preferred skills include:

  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, presentations, and models

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also participate in projects aimed at automating processes for operational efficiency.
