Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic insights, reporting excellence, and financial decision-making across the organization.

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements and Management Information Systems (MIS) that are compliant with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audit processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis and highlight key business drivers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare board decks, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Drive improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP, with experience in data analysis and visualization a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A sound understanding of Ind AS, financial reporting, and audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
