Job Title:

Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex financial analysis projects, including consolidation based on IFRS and statutory reporting.
  • Manage activity dashboards, allocate tasks among team members, and monitor requests coming through various communication channels.
  • Coordinate with different teams to collate information on a timely basis and communicate with clients on task status.
  • Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests prepared by the team to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Generate analysis/reports based on client/team requests and improve current reports by working with other counterparts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to understand group structures and review consolidation adjustment entries.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; VBA programming knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Valid passport and willingness to work from our office in Bangalore required.
