Job Description

The role of a Financial Data Expert involves designing and implementing efficient data workflows within the financial industry. This position demands hands-on expertise in data integration and transformation tools, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and integrate financial data systems to ensure seamless processing and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Develop and implement modular data pipelines using XSLT and XML to transform and validate financial data.
  • Build secure, automated data pipelines to enhance data reliability and reduce operational overhead.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage setup and scheduling of batch jobs and data extractors to ensure seamless processing.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • Platforms & Tools: SimCorp Dimension, DFS, CommServer, MQ, DEX, Cartridge
  • Data Integration & Transformation: XSLT, XML, SFTP, CMS Integration
  • Financial Domains: Portfolio Management, Fixed Income (bonds, options), Bloomberg Integration, Data Archiving
  • Development Methodologies: Data Mapping, Workflow Automation, Process Design, Compliance Alignment
