Financial Expert

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial management, including account reconciliations, accounts payable/receivables, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure business transactions are accurately reported in accordance with accounting principles
  • Collaborate closely with team members to assist with payables and receivables
  • Contribute to the annual audit process, including the preparation of financial statements and related notes
  • Research and analyze expense variances for company management
  • Manage Accounts Payables & Receivables, providing accurate financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
  • Verify financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Supervise accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Resolve financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Protect financial security by adhering to internal controls
  • Process payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
  • Provide expert advice on accounting procedures by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
  • Develop special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect operations by keeping sensitive information secure
  • Develop budgets and forecasts, and perform account reconciliations
  • Maintain tight deadlines for Accounts Payables and Receivables, and perform project-wise accounting and product-based accounting
