Financial Analysis Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, reporting, and management of financial data.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis from different sectors of all variables that affect financial outcomes.
  • Systematically control and log financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process journal entries and accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data and performing Lease Accounting.
  • Maintain and update hierarchies in the general ledger and manage cost centers.
  • Record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support business decisions.
  • Monitor and track periodic revenue and expenses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track POs and invoices to ensure timely payments and minimize delays.
  • Post bank statements on a daily basis to maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and post Journal Entries that include Accrual, Re-class, Adjustments, Payroll and clearing entries as per timelines.
  • Perform Month End Close activities as per close calendar agreed with stakeholders.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare cash flow statements to provide insights into company's liquidity position.
  • Review and reconcile balance sheets to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company processes and ensure variations are within threshold limits.
  • Process addition/disposal/retirement requests received for fixed assets.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts as per client organization policies and provide variance analysis as per frequency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Non-technical graduation in any stream - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and rotation shifts
  • Two photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
  • EPF registration
  • Valid TCS application form during the drive
  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
