Senior Finance Associate

Seeking a professional with expertise in financial and accounting operations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Advise on tax planning, budgeting, and financial strategies.
  • Liaise with clients to explain complex financial concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working with US clients is beneficial.
