Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and supporting management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or equivalent software.
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA/consultant.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings as required in real estate business.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience preferably in real estate or related field but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
