A senior finance leader is required to oversee the financial operations of a plant. The role encompasses strategic financial planning, budgeting, accounting, internal controls, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

  • Key responsibilities include cost efficiency, financial reporting, managing the finance team, and serving as a business partner to the Plant Head by providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve overall plant performance.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • The incumbent will manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the financial planning process to drive strategic decisions.
  • They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of timely financial reports for management.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team within the plant, fostering adherence to standards and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant and very proficient in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting.
