We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounting Professional with over 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, based at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Financial Management:\
  • Maintaining accurate and systematic records of accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards.\
  • Conducting thorough reviews of financial statements and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.\
  • Preparing periodic reports on accounting performance and making recommendations for improvement.\
  • Managing assets and liabilities, including fixed asset registers, prepaid expenses, and provisions.\
  • Performing reconciliations for tax payments, GST inputs vs books, and other financial transactions.\
  • Ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable and payable, as well as managing cash flow effectively.\
  • Reviewing and finalizing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.\
  • Developing and implementing financial management systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members on accounting procedures and best practices.\
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations.\

    • Statutory Compliance Knowledge:\
    • Computing and filing tax deductions and returns, including TDS and e-TDS.\
    • Filing GST returns and managing compliance with GST laws.\
    • Handling TCS on GST for e-commerce transactions and managing Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance.\
    • Calculating and paying advance taxes and filing income tax returns.\
    • Managing compliance with labour laws, including Forms D and U.\

      • Payroll Expertise:\
      • Collecting income tax declarations and computing TDS as per Section 192.\
      • Processing payroll using software, in compliance with statutory acts such as the Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Shops and Establishment Act, and other labour laws.\
      • Collecting investment proofs and generating Form 16.\

  • Over 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting.\
  • Proficiency in accounting standards, financial management, and statistical analysis.\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\

    • Certification in accounting or finance.\
    • Experience with payroll processing software.\
