Job Title: Key Account Strategist

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, developing innovative social media strategies, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and assigned clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present compelling campaign ideas and strategies to clients, secure necessary approvals, and finalize approaches for successful execution.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service delivery and proactive communication.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and status reports to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams and implement revisions to ensure high-quality results.
Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution:
  • Design and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns that drive engagement and support broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative, digital, or branding agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
