Job Description">

Our organization is seeking a Relationship Manager to foster and maintain strong connections with assigned financial institutions and wealth partners. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business expansion across various product lines, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Passive Funds.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Foster enduring relationships with assigned financial institutions and wealth partners to stimulate business growth.
  2. Regularly share pertinent market and product information with designated contacts.
  3. Organize and participate in huddles, group meetings, one-on-one interactions, and other engagements aimed at enhancing market presence.
  4. Maintain assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  5. Ensure timely coverage for all assigned relationships, guaranteeing consistent service quality.
  6. Co-ordinate joint meetings with distribution partner clients to build cohesive strategies.
  7. Address escalated banking-related issues or customer complaints efficiently.
  8. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  9. Host product presentations, training sessions, and investment discussions to boost channel engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • Proven track record in relationship management, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at analyzing complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
