Job Title: Chat Process Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions in the system as per company policies.
  • Follow standard procedures and guidelines while troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
  • Multitasking and Pressure Handling: Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior Experience: Prior BPO/chat support experience is an added advantage.
