We are seeking a seasoned Business Leader to drive growth and profitability in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability for the business.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to execute company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing finances for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
