  • Establish connections with participants through phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Post-masterclass: collect feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Ensure seamless engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the mentor to understand how transformational programs are executed.

Empathetic and people-oriented candidates with strong communication skills (spoken & written) are sought after. You should be comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth. Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools is essential. We seek organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals with a willingness to learn.

You'll gain valuable experience in community engagement, operations, and participant management. Direct exposure to a self-development ecosystem where productivity, accountability, and wellness combine to drive transformation is also included.
