Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers' machines are running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:

  • Travel to client locations across cities or states as needed to perform service calls.
  • Fix, maintain, and support our machines on the ground.
  • Troubleshoot problems in the field, sometimes with minimal backup.
  • Stick with a problem until the client is satisfied.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Clear communicator who doesn't mind direct client interactions—even under pressure.
  • An engineering degree, plus some experience in the tech or engineering sector.
  • Comfort with travelling frequently, or sometimes on short notice.
