Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in healthcare domain analysis and drive business growth.

  • Gather, Analyze, and Document Business Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and state-specific regulations. This will involve working closely with compliance and legal teams during audits or regulatory updates.

  • Ensure System Changes, Processes, and Documentation Remain Compliant

This role requires the ability to ensure system changes, processes, and documentation remain compliant with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret complex regulations.

  • Benefit Codes & Plan Configuration

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze and configure benefit codes for medical, dental, pharmacy, and specialty products. They will also support plan design, benefit mapping, and validation in healthcare systems.

  • Collateral & Member Materials

This role involves coordinating development and validation of member-facing collateral such as Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), provider directories, and plan brochures. The candidate must be able to partner with marketing and compliance teams to ensure content accuracy, regulatory alignment, and timely delivery.
