We are seeking a highly skilled Database Expert to join our team and take on the challenge of developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will participate in daily operations to support the business, optimizing database performance and collaborating with management to develop long-term operational plans.
  • S/he will work closely with technology team members, external partners, and vendors to provide input regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge database solutions using MySQL, HA Proxy, and AWS database technologies.
  • Analyze key metrics to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, performing technical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve data and database issues.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in MySQL management, including configuring HA and clustering solutions, large-scale MySQL deployments, and MySQL sharding architecture.
  • Ability to work with Linux/Unix-based OS environments and MS SQL experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity, solving problems and anticipating customer needs.
