As a Technical Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality learning content across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging course materials based on assigned topics.
  • Deliver clear explanations of complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  • Review and fact-check content for accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to structure courses into modules and lessons.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Subject Areas Include:

  • Data Engineering: Knowledge of data flows, dbt, Airflow, Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, ETL, schema design, and related tools.
  • Data Science: Experience with machine learning experimentation, transformers, multimodal AI, NLP, computer vision, model deployment, MLOps, GenAI, and prompt engineering.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Understanding of AWS, Azure, multi-cloud architecture, microservices, cloud cost optimization, security guardrails, and zero trust security.
  • Business Analytics: Familiarity with SQL mastery, A/B testing, funnel analysis, retention metrics, PowerBI dashboards, and product metrics.
  • Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media strategy, HubSpot, campaign management, branding, KPI tracking, and marketing dashboards.

Education & Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology.
  • Master's degree or specialized certifications such as AWS, GCP, Azure, dbt, Snowflake, CFA, CPA, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
  • Proven industry experience (3–5 years+) in the respective subject area.

  • Strong technical expertise in one or more subject domains.
  • Excellent communication and writing/presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified way.
  • Good command of tools/software relevant to the subject area.
