Job Title: Technical IT Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage desktop administration and network support for our emergency helpline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Provide remote desktop support and application customization to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain system performance through continuous monitoring and timely updates to prevent downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to effectively resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with voice-logging systems and remote support tools to enhance productivity.
  • Relevant degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil languages to communicate with clients.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 shift operations and adapt to changing demands.
  • Experience in administering servers, managing inventory, and maintaining documentation.
