Job Title: Demand Forecasting Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Demand Forecasting Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a lead, you will apply statistical and econometric methods to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead client data processing and project delivery in forecasting engagements.
  • Apply econometric modelling techniques to assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Interpret complex data and generate actionable business recommendations.
  • Present findings through well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and clients.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and data workflows using R, Python or VBA.
  • Support the development of advanced analytical frameworks and custom models.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field (M.Sc. or MBA preferred).
  • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work in demand forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of econometric modelling and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python or SAS.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
