Job Title: Senior Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality research reports, conducting market analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve defined revenue and cost goals by developing winning proposals with minimal senior team support. You will gather client requirements, formulate research solutions, design commercial frameworks, and present effectively.

You will also participate in business development tasks with senior colleague support, contribute to marketing outreach programs, and initiate industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, and case studies for business development purposes.

In addition, you will lead the development of a team specializing in techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials, ensuring team nurturing and recruitment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve defined revenue and cost goals.
  • Develop winning proposals with minimal senior team support.
  • Participate in business development tasks with senior colleague support.
  • Lead the development of a team specializing in techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical/materials science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of business research or consulting experience.
  • Primary research expertise with ability to train team members and improve their primary research skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end management of business research or consulting engagements.
  • Proven team handling experience and expertise in Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical background.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
