Senior Demand Generation Pipeline Specialist

The Lead Quality Platform Product Owner will be the day-to-day liaison between product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of the product roadmap. Key responsibilities include translating product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog, ensuring that the development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management: Maintain the product backlog for the assigned engineering team, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
• Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team, participating in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
• User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
• Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
• Technical Empathy: Understand the technical implications of product decisions and work with the engineering team to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
