About the Role:
- Strategize and execute sales plans to meet targets across multiple channels, including cross-channel and open market initiatives.
- Develop and manage distribution networks through cross-channel and open market channels to optimize sales performance.
- Drive unilateral growth by expanding into new markets and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Direct Sales team to enhance productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and capitalize on lucrative marketing opportunities within catchment areas.
- Cultivate strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to promote tailored financial solutions related to Loan Against Property, Home Finance, and Working Capital.
- Establish and maintain effective ties with builders to focus on primary markets and ensure project approvals.
- Generate additional revenue streams through cross-selling and multi-selling of complementary products such as Insurance, CASA, and Credit Cards.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the DST Team and DSAs to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams, including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations, to drive business success.
- Ensure efficient end-to-end processing of cases and provide regular updates to customers to maintain exceptional service standards and improve NPS scores.
