  • Support company leadership, supervise administrative staff, and develop/improve administrative systems and policies.">
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and correspondence, ensuring effective communication within the office.">
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare documents, and maintain employee and client records.">
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, directing and reviewing office operations to increase efficiency and productivity.">

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, proactivity, and a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in administration or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment legislation are also essential.

Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
