The company's product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, nursery items, ride-on toys, grasping toys, feeding products, and more. To cater to the immense demand for baby care products, the brand has introduced compact and lightweight 'Baby Feather Diaper' wipes and a diaper bin this year.

In line with its commitment to sustainability, the company has launched an exclusive baby products range featuring baby cream, lotion, soap, shampoo, powder, and massage oil.

Job Details:

  • Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We seek an efficient and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless office operations and providing support to the human resources department.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
    • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
    • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
    • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
    • Help plan employee engagement activities and events.
    • Address basic employee inquiries regarding policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Administration:
    • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
    • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
    • Ensure a well-organized office environment conducive to productivity.
    • Maintain and update administrative records and documents.
    • Perform warehouse visits as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience: 01 year of experience in HR or administration.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
